Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within a designated route.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a clean driving record.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Utilize handheld devices to track delivery status and update logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
