Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Boston metro area.
- Verify delivery contents against the manifest to ensure accuracy.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Utilize handheld devices for route planning, GPS tracking, and proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
