- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and documents to customers across Greater Boston
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Process payments and manage digital delivery systems seamlessly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
