Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries within Arizona
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and timely pickups
- Ensure secure cargo handling and compliance with DOT regulations
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Manage loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year box truck or flatbed experience
- Reliable personal vehicle for yard access
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with data plan for app-based dispatch
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
