Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients politely and handling packages with care.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles daily for any mechanical issues or damages and report them immediately.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and collect payments or signatures as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs or recent accidents).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and communication.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow a route efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Basic knowledge of the Baltimore area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
