Responsibilities
- Timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Efficient route optimization to maximize daily deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Accurate inventory management and documentation of all deliveries
- Maintaining clean, well-maintained vehicles and reporting maintenance needs
- Exceptional customer service including package handling and issue resolution
- Real-time GPS tracking and communication with dispatch team
- Adherence to all company safety protocols and transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; commercial license a plus
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficient with smartphone apps and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot
