Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across designated Austin routes using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address any delivery concerns
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and updates
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from Austin depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexible availability to cover mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
