Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Austin metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during every shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ringing up orders and handling payments accurately.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for local deliveries (or company vehicle provided).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan efficient routes.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
