Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles.
- Verify and record deliveries using handheld delivery devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any delivery issues with professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and order management.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
