Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Albuquerque metro area.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the company's brand image while on the road.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring accurate package delivery and handling any issues with poise.
- Collect payments for COD deliveries and securely process necessary paperwork.
- Utilize mobile technology to update delivery status and track route efficiency in real-time.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
