Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Professional handling of customer packages with care and integrity.
- Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently to ensure punctual routes.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Using mobile technology to accurately log delivery statuses and route changes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving delivery issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone capable of running delivery apps.
- Basic knowledge of the Los Angeles area geography is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
