Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout Oklahoma City.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Collect payments and obtain signatures for COD deliveries.
- Handle package exceptions professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Update delivery status in the mobile application in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and updates.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for reading delivery instructions and communicating with customers.
