Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Colorado Springs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations while following safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuver packages safely
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs area and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
