Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and surrounding areas
