Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to residential and commercial locations across Columbus
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Represent SwiftCart Logistics professionally through appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Columbus city streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
