Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking systems and mobile apps
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, loading, and inventory management
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management skills and punctuality-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
