Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail goods to customers across Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on real-time conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to operate 15-passenger vans or box trucks (commercial license a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and navigation systems
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
