Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain excellent customer service through professional communication and timely deliveries
- Operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and verify order accuracy before and after each delivery
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times
- Track and report delivery status through our digital platform
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle (training provided)
- Strong knowledge of Boston neighborhoods and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
