Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial locations within Columbus metro area
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and cleaning routines
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery inquiries
- Accurately document deliveries and handle payment transactions when required
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with minimum 2 years clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Columbus metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Reliable transportation to/from depot locations
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
