Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in adherence to all federal and state regulations.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently using proper safety equipment.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and vehicle logbooks (DOT compliant).
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) required.
- Current DOT medical card and acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety protocols.
