Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all delivered items to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect the vehicle's condition prior to and after each shift to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues with professionalism.
- Update delivery status and route information via the mobile app in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (sedan, van, or cargo van).
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate various terrains.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
