- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures when required
- Maintain clean, well-functioning delivery vehicles through daily inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum time efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with dispatch teams
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore streets and landmarks
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
