Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across El Paso and surrounding areas
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to optimize delivery times
- Load/unload merchandise with care, verifying contents against delivery manifests
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and surrounding areas
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start location
