Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated Denver neighborhoods
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for high-value items
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to safely navigate Denver's metropolitan area and mountain routes
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery windows
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle if provided)
