Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages, meals, and retail goods using company vehicles
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as required
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Sacramento streets
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
