Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents across Boston using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and Metro area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
