Responsibilities
- Safely transport food orders from partner restaurants to residential/commercial addresses within Kansas City metro
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery time windows and temperature control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during order handoffs and address delivery challenges
- Accurately process payments and maintain digital delivery records via our mobile app
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery times and maximize fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate multi-story buildings
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail
