Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation software to maximize delivery speed
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Maintain clean, well-organized vehicles and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, scanning, and loading packages
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
