Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize time efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for each shipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintaining organized vehicle storage
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
