Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods on scheduled routes
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any incidents or delays
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Indianapolis metro area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
