Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages and goods to customer addresses within Austin city limits
- Maintain excellent customer service through friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Manage delivery route optimization to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Verify order details and handle payment transactions securely
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and resolve issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
