- Maintain clean, well-maintained delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and payment processing
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and Metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
