Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to residential and commercial locations
- Optimize daily delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Manage inventory and handle payment transactions for cash-on-delivery orders
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Tucson streets and neighborhoods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
