Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update real-time tracking systems
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facility
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Charlotte area
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from warehouse location
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
