Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package deliveries across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and obstacles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
