Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers across Dallas
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Utilize GPS navigation to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle payment transactions
- Report delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, and customer feedback promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Pass background check and drug screening
