Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food and packages across all NYC boroughs using optimized routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction

- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app in real-time

Qualifications
- Valid NY State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience in food delivery or courier services preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic food handling certification (provided if needed)
