Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Baltimore and surrounding areas
- Load/unload vehicles efficiently while verifying shipment accuracy
- Maintain clean, well-organized delivery vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Complete delivery logs and report any incidents or delays
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
