Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses across Detroit
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize timeliness
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Detroit metro area geography
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds consistently
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
