Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and providing excellent service.
- Utilize handheld devices for route planning, tracking, and proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any accidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and navigation apps.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
