Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Verify contents of packages against delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver packages to the correct address in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Log delivery data accurately into the company's mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for navigating delivery routes and logging information.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
