Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 trucks for dedicated regional routes (Pacific Northwest)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent Pacific Fleet Logistics with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or commitment to obtain via our training program
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Strong attention to safety and compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
