Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated routes (95% no-touch freight)
- Pre-trip inspections and compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route execution
- Represent Baltimore Freight Solutions with professional conduct
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
- Handle secure cargo delivery with zero incident record
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL permit or willingness to obtain through training
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
