Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance reports
- Coordinate with dispatch team using our advanced telematics system for real-time updates
- Manage load securement and cargo handling procedures to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to work independently while following company safety protocols
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational needs (early/late shifts)
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Southwest US highways
- Pass required background checks and drug screening
