Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated routes across the Midwest region
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining flexibility for personal needs
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding route adjustments
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations, HOS requirements, and company safety policies
- Build strong client relationships through reliable, on-time service
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation and real-time updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends as needed
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices and communication systems
- Knowledge of regional routes and weather considerations
