Responsibilities
- Operate company-owned tractors for dedicated regional routes across Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic records using ELD technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips (average 3-4 nights/month)
- Pass background check and drug screening per company policy
