Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes between California and Arizona/Nevada
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Optimize route efficiency while ensuring on-time deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights/week)
