Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations within Lubbock
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and functionality
- Follow safe driving practices and adhere to traffic regulations
- Communicate delivery status and delays through our mobile app
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Lubbock streets and surrounding areas
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV or truck preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
