Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on long-haul and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight and balance requirements.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all necessary DOT documentation.
- Adhere strictly to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience in a similar role.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and background check.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
