Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes spanning 500+ miles
- Maintain meticulous electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimized routing and delivery scheduling
- Handle secure cargo transport with focus on damage prevention and chain-of-custody protocols
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time route adjustments and performance monitoring
- Represent company brand through professional conduct and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and Hazmat familiarity preferred
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight trips
- Remote-friendly attitude with reliable communication capabilities
